We place special importance on customer satisfaction and the business success of our customers is of vital interest for us. Many topics of software development and many tasks entrusted to us deal with aspects of quality management. Therefore we are frequently confronted with aspects of quality management in internal as well as external operations.
For TTC Informatik it's been a logical consequence to get our high standards that we fulfil anyway examined to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Since 2010 we have our quality management system certified to this standard on a voluntary basis proving our special attention to our customers' requirements.
DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 requires the establishment, documentation, application, maintenance and constant improvement of a quality management conforming to standards.
