Contract hardeners are an essential part of the metal processing industry. These specialized businesses focus on heat treatment and materials technology. In Germany, the contract hardening industry is one of the typical medium-sized supplier industries with around 175 hardening companies. In 2019, the IHT had 106 contract hardening companies as members – about 70% of the heat treatment industry.

As a partner in heat treatment, proximity to customers and companies in the heat treatment industry is of great importance. TTC Informatik has been a member of the IHT since 2004, actively engaging in association work and utilizing the information and training opportunities provided by the association to identify and address new challenges early on.

AWT - Working Group for Heat Treatment and Materials Technology e.V.

Heat treatment and materials technology play a crucial role in nearly all areas of life, as they optimize materials specifically for their respective requirements.

The AWT unites innovation, experience, and productivity and has stood for the exchange of knowledge and experience in heat treatment and materials technology for over 70 years.
The association particularly promotes knowledge transfer and exchange between research and industry. For this purpose, the AWT initiates its own research projects and sets standards across Europe with professional events.

In 2014, TTC Informatik GmbH joined the AWT, thereby emphasizing its close connection to the heat treatment industry. Through this membership, TTC benefits from valuable networks and current developments in the industry. The opportunity for active participation and attentive involvement in the highly qualified committees of the AWT is a significant advantage.

SVW
SVW - Swiss Association for Heat Treatment

The SVW was founded in 1953 and has since established itself as an important player in the industry. It offers comprehensive training and continuous education opportunities, including individual training modules, conferences, and events.
This ensures that SVW members are always informed about the latest developments in heat treatment as well as in coating and joining technology. Around 150 individual, corporate, and partner members benefit from the exchange of experiences and the expertise of SVW specialists on issues related to heat treatment, optimal material selection, and connecting with universities, research institutions, and international organizations.

Numerous customers in Switzerland rely on TTC Informatik GmbH. The company has joined the association to participate in the exchange of experiences and innovations of the Swiss heat treatment industry and thus provide optimal advice to customers there.

BITMi

In the international competition of the IT industry, TTC Informatik GmbH strives to attract the best talents and position itself successfully. As a member of BITMi, the only IT professional association representing the interests of medium-sized companies, TTC benefits from a strong network.
BITMi unites owner-managed IT companies, from established firms to start-ups, and represents over 2,500 members.

The goal of BITMi is to promote the growth and productivity of IT SMEs through networking and to strengthen the location of Germany. In cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Economics, the IT medium-sized sector has a voice. Furthermore, the opinion of BITMi is also heard at the European level through its membership in PIN-SME, the European association for IT SMEs.
