AMS is ready for KSeF: legally compliant invoicing for Poland
With KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur), Poland has introduced a centralized government e-invoicing system.
Invoices are no longer sent directly to the customer. Instead, they are first transmitted to the platform of the Ministry of Finance (Ministerstwo Finansów) and validated there. Only after successful verification are they considered officially issued. KSeF is part of the European Union’s ViDA initiative (VAT in the Digital Age), which aims to digitize and harmonize the VAT system across Europe.
TTC has specifically extended AMS for Polish AMS customers and integrated a full KSeF 2.0 API connection. Invoice dispatch takes place directly from AMS in the required FA(3) XML format, including KSeF reference, QR code (KOD I), and audit-proof UPO archiving.
Transmission is encrypted and carried out using token- and certificate-based authentication.
A special feature is the integrated offline mode: even in the event of a KSeF outage, business operations remain secured. Invoices can still be created and later transmitted manually. Test and production environments can be easily switched via configuration. In the future, automated re-submission will also be possible.
The advantages include legally compliant invoice processing, seamless integration into existing AMS workflows, and maximum security during transmission.
AMS also offers connections and compatible formats for e-invoices in other countries, such as ZUGFeRD, Peppol, VeriFactu, Batuz, FatturaPA, and IRP.
