LISA - the new intelligent search directly in the AMS Control Center

With the update to AMS version 7.3, all customers have access to LISA (Lightweight Intelligent Smart Assistant) for the first time . LISA is integrated directly into the AMS Control Center and helps employees quickly and precisely find relevant job items.

Using the LISA search, job items can be searched for by job item number, item description, customer name, as well as delivery note or load number – also in combined variants.

The number of displayed results can be individually configured, for example by setting the search time frame or the maximum number of matches.

The search results are displayed in a table and supplemented by an action panel in a split window. Depending on the assigned user privileges, employees can start processing directly from the search result and switch to the corresponding module window.

With LISA 1.0, the focus is deliberately placed on quickly finding job items. Further functions, such as searching for additional object types or AI-based support, are already being planned.
