A Graphic Overview of the Planned (or Past) Production Jobs Including the Following Information is Possible:

• Run time

• Customer number, reference, short name

• Job number

• Load information (e.g., number, dimension, weight, etc.)

• Target and actual duration

• Treatment instruction

• Work schedule (holding time, temperature, etc.)

• Equipment description

• Serial number

Warnings or Notices for:

• Blocked articles

• Time conflict with other jobs or work steps

• Exceeding the time constraints of the production deadline

• Lack of cost coverage (minimum sales)

• Alarm in the process control system

• Incorrect assignment to equipment
  (regarding the treatment type or loading)

• Deviating equipment capacity

Individual Design Options for the Planning Table in the AMS Administration Area

Configure the presentation type (e.g., color) and the information density for the planning table in advance for a specific customer is possible in the AMS Administration.

Search Function/Filter

The search function can be used to select items intended for the planning from the module Jobs, Charging, or Maintenance Book via the search criteria and filter and then transfer them to the planning table.

Drag and Drop

Adding items from other modules can be done simply by dragging and dropping them to the desired location on the planning table.

Monitoring Deadlines

When planning the treatment steps, AMS calculates the estimated completion time based on current data and provides assistance if it is not possible to meet delivery deadlines due to the necessary work steps.
