Efficient Documentation of Work Processes on the Production Floor
AMSPDC Production Data Capture provides useful functions for documentation on the production floor. User can access functions from the AMS modules Jobs, Image Generation, Dispatch, and Charging. Work processes carried out can be documented on site and changes can be made to previously loaded jobs.
Input via the special PDC terminals is optimized for production environments and can be carried out intuitively on a robust touchscreen. The recognition of job items in AMS takes place conveniently via the reading of the worksheet with a barcode scanner. Hardness test results or quality tests are also recorded efficiently in this way. This saves time and prevents incorrect entries.
