Our users have always been defining the development of AMS through their requests, their suggestions for improvement and numerous critiques. This close cooperation created a product made by practitioners for practitioners. Since our company's foundation our users' suggestions have been the benchmark for our development efforts. We will further extend these efforts in the future which is why we introduced AMS RoadMap.
Since 2013 TTC Informatik provides a 24/7 ticketing system for all AMS users. This ticketing system can now be used for interactive contact with our developers as well. Interesting functions, suggestions for improvement and desired features can be inserted, evaluated by our users and commented on by our developers.
